AI safety
Healthive AI’s Health Assistant can answer practical questions about nutrition, training, sleep, and recovery using context you share. It is not medical care.
Is Healthive AI’s assistant medical advice?
No. Healthive AI provides general fitness and wellness information. It is not a doctor, not a medical device, and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical concern, talk to a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
What the assistant can use
Depending on what you log and permit, answers may consider your profile, recent synced metrics, food preferences, goals, wellness check-ins, and logged activity. Free accounts have a daily chat allowance; Pro can unlock unlimited messages and daily recommendation plans.
What you control
Health sync categories are granted in Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). You can change or revoke access in system settings. You decide what to log in nutrition, activities, and the medicines/supplements list.
What it must not be used for
Do not use Healthive AI to diagnose conditions, interpret clinical tests, replace prescribed care, or delay emergency help. Supplement ideas in Pro plans are not prescriptions.
